Did you know that Chinese remedies are not the only ones around? German herbal remedies have actually been around for hundreds of years. In fact, they came around during the medieval times and came about from all of the plants that could be found. The Germans ground it up into some kind of paste and had people ingest the so called medication. This would work out some of the time but many of the times, it led to death. There were many plants on the hillside that were actually poisonous and killed the people in a matter of days. The Chinese were better.
